Cancellations Policy
 
Reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival date without penalty.
A canceled reservation less than 72 hours prior to arrival date or no-show reservation will cause a full charge. In high season and holidays up to 14 days prior to arrival date without penalty.
A canceled reservation less than 14 days prior to arrival date in high season and holidays will cause a full charge. The hotel will be entitled to indicate the periods considered as high season and holidays.

 
How to change or cancel reservations made on the Magdala Website:

Reservation Change or Update:

Changes and updates to reservations cannot be made directly through the website. If a customer makes a reservation and wants to make a change or update his/her reservation, he/she can do so either by email or by phone:

Reservation Cancellation:

A customer who has placed an order through the site will receive a user name and password on the order confirmation that he/she made.
The reservation may be canceled from any and all pages of the website through the category "View/cancel reservation" at the bottom of the website page. The customer will be required to enter the username (email address) and password that appears on the reservation confirmation received upon making the reservation.
After entering the username and password, the customer will be able to cancel his/her order using the "cancel" button, and will be subject to the cancellation conditions specific to the reservation.
If your order does not meet the terms of cancellation and the cancellation button does not appear in "My Reservations", you must cancel the reservation by contacting the Hotel call center: +972-46209900 or by sending an email to: [email protected] 


How to Cancel a Reservation:

A reservation made on the website may be cancelled by sending a "cancellation request"- A request to cancel the reservation which includes the customer's name, identification number, or, if the reservation was made orally, the additional identifying detail agreed upon when making the reservation.

The cancellation request can be sent in any of the following ways:
 
a. Verbally by telephone, contacting the Hotel call center at +972-46209900 or by means of a verbal notice at the place of business, at Magdala Hotel, Migdal Junction, 1495000, Migdal.
