Accessibility Policy
 

The Magdala Hotel provides amenities that ensure comfortable and complete accessibility to accommodate guests with disabilities and to make their stay more enjoyable.

Throughout Magdala Hotel you will find the following features that aim to provide our guests with maximum comfort:

● Designated parking with priority locations.

● Unobstructed access to the main entrance.

● Automatic doors.

● Accessible washrooms on the lobby floor and on the first floor.

● Elevators with access to rooms on the first floor.

● Full access to public areas.

● Assistive listening systems at the front desk.

● Hearing accessories for television sets and alarm clocks.

● Textured marking strips at the tops and bottoms of staircases.

 

In addition, Magdala Hotel offers full wheelchair accessibility throughout the hotel to ensure the comfort of all our guests. Suites and hotel rooms are specially adapted to provide optimal ease and enjoyment for guests with disabilities. 

These luxury accommodation units include:

● Wider entry doorways (80 cm) and shower entries (75 cm).

● Waist-height light switches and plugs.

● Lever door handles.

● 90 cm maneuvering space on each side of the bed.

● Accessible shower.

● Mounted shower seat or bathroom seat designed for wheelchair users.

● Accessible grab bars in the bathrooms.

● Raised toilets.

● Lower hanging space in closets.
